Stanroph She’s Got The Looks – 1st Open Bitch, C.C., Best of Breed, short listed in the Gundog Group

Presented a very attractive picture both standing and on the move, excellent construction, well laid shoulders, good depth of body & spring of rib, short coupled, strong quarters, well up on pasterns, well handled & her driving movement was a pleasure to watch.  Difficult to believe she is now a young veteran.  Has the quality& charisma that makes her stand out, CC, which I understand was her third & my co judge agreed that she should be BOB, shortlisted in  the group.

This gave Looka the Sh Ch title !

This is what the dog judge had to say:

I was happy to agree with my co judge Peter Carey on the beautiful bitch Stanroph She’s Got The Looks for BOB.  This was her crown and well deserved.  She has the most beautiful feminine head with chiseling, dark rim and eyes with that wonderful trusting expression, she is so clean in outline with no exaggerations & shows a totally balanced picture, her angles are good and she is handled to advantage, showing off her wonderful, free, effortless movement.

Sh Ch Stanroph So It Had To Be – 1st Open Dog

Mid gold 9 years young & what a lovely example of this breed, he oozed personality & is so clean in outline from his head to the tip of his tail, head is balanced with broad skull, strong, well muscled neck leading into well placed shoulders, good front angulation, bone quality, legs and feet, deep body, strong in loin & good hindquaters, moved soundly and with purpose.

What a lovely class-  no 1, beautiful 9 year old, so good to have the opportunity to judge this lovely dog, text book construction throughout, his coat hides nothing, nor does it need to, he is a joy to go over, kindly masculine head, has maintained the cleanest neck & shoulders & strong topline, moved steadily with precision on good legs & feet. Best Veteran in full agreement with my co-judge
